Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks within residential buildings and surrounding areas.
- ✔ Diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, and basic electrical issues.
- ✔ Repair doors, windows, blinds, switches, plugs, and appliances.
- ✔ Replace flooring materials including vinyl, carpet, and ceramic tiles.
- ✔ Perform painting, drywall patching, taping, and finishing work.
- ✔ Maintain building exteriors and complete basic grounds maintenance.
- ✔ Detect defective materials and report maintenance deficiencies.
- ✔ Respond to maintenance work orders efficiently.
Candidate Profile
This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in property maintenance, apartment repairs, and technical building services.
- ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related role.
- ✔ Trade certification or equivalent technical experience.
- ✔ Knowledge of repair equipment and hand tools.
- ✔ Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and maintenance software.
- ✔ Availability for on-call rotational shifts.
- ✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
